[GOG] [EN] Please Send Us Receipt

Hello Musketeer,

Thank you for contacting Guns of Glory support.

Please can you provide a screenshot of your purchase order receipt so we can investigate the problem for you? It_s usually an email from your Google Play Store and has information such as your order ID, amount paid, date and what you purchased.

To do so, please follow these instructions:
1) Go to the receipt where you want to take a screenshot.
2) Press and hold the power and volume-down buttons together for Android or press and hold the home and power button for iOS.
3) Your device will then take a screenshot and save it to the picture gallery on your phone. Now that you have a screenshot, you can attach it to your response here in GoG Help & Support.

A valid receipt should include:
1. Order number/ID
2. Purchase date/time
3. Purchased item list
4. Unit price and total amount paid

To help us process your request faster, please make sure you will also provide:
1. Your kingdom number
2. User name
3. Name(s) of the pack(s) you have bought

Once we receive a screenshot of your purchase order receipt we will look into this for you.
